Refund policy 

We have a 30-day no quibble Returns / Exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return for refund / Exchange. 
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To facilitate timely refund kindly cut and fill  the return slip attached to invoice. 

Refunds 
We will refund with 1-3 days upon receipt, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and receive your refund and then purchase a new item of your choice. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue. Your comments at this stage, will help us to improve our service to you, 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Shipping policy 

Free Standard Delivery 3 - 5 Working Days is available on all orders. We send all our orders via Royal Mail 48 hours Tracked service. Once the order is dispatched you will receive tracking number by e mail to enable you to track your delivery.  

We aim to dispatch goods within 1-2 working days from the time you place your order (Monday to Friday). 
 
All of our products are in stock, however there are occasions when an item may be out of stock, if this is the case we will contact you via email or telephone to let you know. 
 
Please note that we will need to wait 10 working days from dispatch before we can deem an item that has not arrived as missing.
